The European PLACE Conference is the PLACE to meet for the whole European flexible packaging and coatings value chain. We are also happy that we can regularly welcome participants from all over the world coming to our conference.
Sponsors will be made visible with their logos to underline their support for the conference and converting industry.
Conference Sponsorship – for the Munich event in May 2025
For the Conference Sponsoring there are various options available.
We are looking for sponsors including the evening event, the poster session and different breaks. The following packages serve as an example:
Lunch Break Sponsor – 3.000 €
the max. 3 lunch breaks
Coffee Break Sponsor – 1.000 €
the max. 5 coffee breaks
Sponsorship recognition includes the acknowledgement in our conference marketing materials, a recognition on a sponsor signage and a company logo and brief sponsor description in the conference brochure.
During the break, the individual logos will be on the main screen in the conference room. The conference sponsors will be also mentioned in the opening speech and at the evening event in case of evening event sponsors or at the poster session for the poster session sponsor(s) or before each break for the sponsor of the according break.
“Table Top“ – Commercial Poster – 1.300 €
There will be no table top option, but we offer the opportunity to present a limited number of posters with commercial focus during the technical poster & networking session on Monday evening.

Our Committee Sponsors
Committee Sponsors have expressed their commitment to the European PLACE Conference by supporting the new European PLACE Committee financially – independently from the final execution of the conference and without a guarantee that the next conference takes place. These contributions are crucial to cover first expenses and reduce financial risk for our patron organization bdvi, which is a non-profit organization.
