Conference Location and Hotel
The conference will take place in the Steigenberger Hotel am Kanzleramt in Berlin (Germany) from Monday, May 24th to Wednesday, May 26th, 2027. We plan to commence at 12:00 on Monday and end by 16:00 on Wednesday. Afterwards, a European PLACE Committee Meeting will take place.
The hotel is located in the center of Berlin, close to Berlin Central Station.

Hotel Bookings
The participants are responsible for their accommodation. We have blocked a limited room contingent at the conference venue (Steigenberger Hotel am Kanzleramt Berlin).
You will find the reservation link* in your registration request email (Preliminary Registration Confirmation). Alternatively you can reach out to the hotel and refer to the room contingent under the company name “Bund deutscher Verpackungsingenieure e.V. / PLACE 2027”
*The link is available until April 23, 2027. Please note that bookings at a later date may no longer be available at the same rate. The indicated rates include breakfast and Wi-Fi. Rooms can be booked through the link and at those rates for the timeframe between May 23, 2027 and May 28, 2027. Please make the room reservation yourself and inform the hotel early about changes or cancellations, taking into account the cancellation deadlines and fees. As a guest, you are responsible for the costs of accommodation or cancellation, parking, and any incidental expenses, and you must settle these with the hotel on-site before departure.
