I joined the PLACE conference committee to help connect experts across the extrusion coating and laminating value chain and to empower recycling practices for packaging materials. PLACE uniquely offers state-of-the-art insights and trend analysis that keep the industry moving forward. At my first PLACE 2025, the atmosphere was refreshingly colloquial and open-hearted, which made networking with both long-standing and new colleagues easy and enjoyable. Serving on the committee lets me contribute to a platform where technical innovation, sustainability and candid exchange come together—improving processes, fostering partnerships, and accelerating circular solutions in packaging and inspiring the next generation of practitioners.
